Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver life-changing services to NDIS participants across homes, schools, and community settings. The role offers full-time or part-time options (4 days/week) with potential for a 9-day fortnight and flexible working arrangements.

You will work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, developing therapy plans, maximizing NDIS funding, and contributing to participant goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• SPA Registration required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and being a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid driver's license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in diverse settings.
• Develop therapy plans and use evidence-based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families, and carers.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and seek guidance from leaders and mentors.
