Job summary

Everyday Independence in Albury is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants. The role is available as full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or a 9-day fortnight.

The position offers a salary of $83,107.90 – $108,140.40 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) plus superannuation, with vehicle options, a mobile, a laptop and opportunities to boost salary up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Commitment to professional development and flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings (homes, schools, community).
• Develop therapy plans and deliver evidence-based interventions to support goals and funding.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals and supervisors.
