Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver person-centred therapy to NDIS participants across diverse settings. You’ll assess, plan and implement therapy that helps participants achieve goals and maximise funding, working within an interdisciplinary team and receiving strong supervision.

The role offers full-time, part-time (4 days/week) or a 9-day fortnight options with a salary of $83,107.90–$108,140.40 plus super, vehicle options, laptop and phone, and salary-boost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration are required.
• Positive and flexible attitude; strong communication and teamwork.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence, NDIS/WC checks required; WWC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants.
• Deliver therapy plans using evidence-based assessment in various settings (home, school, community).
• Work within an interdisciplinary allied health team.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports; attend weekly hub meetings.
