Job summary

Everyday Independence in Ballarat is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing therapies to NDIS participants. This role may be full-time or part-time (4 days/week) with potential 9-day fortnights.

The package includes a salary range of $82,106–$110,143 per year, plus superannuation, vehicle options, mobile and laptop, and opportunities to boost salary with bonuses up to $10,000. Visa sponsorship may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration are required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• NDIS/Disability experience preferred, but not essential.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Assess and create therapy plans using evidence-based methods to support NDIS participants.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with mentoring from team leaders.
