Job summary

Mediix in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a warm, multidisciplinary clinic. You will choose a caseload aligned to your interests—paediatrics, adults, or a mix—while working in a fully clinic-based setting with a supportive team.

Day-to-day duties include assessments, therapy planning, 1:1 sessions, MDT collaboration, and coaching families. New grads are welcome with structured support and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• New graduates with placement experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced Speech Pathologists are welcome.
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Working with VIC Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and formulate clear clinical impressions.
• Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic, with group work where clinically indicated.
• Collaborate closely with the in-house MDT on shared clients.
• Partner with families, carers and support workers through coaching and education.
• Maintain clinical documentation and complete NDIS, Medicare and DVA reporting as required.
