Job summary

Mediix in Perth is seeking a Speech Pathologist to tailor a caseload to your strengths, whether paediatrics, adults or a mix. Join a multidisciplinary clinic with room to grow, flexible hours, and supportive supervision.

We welcome new grads with strong placement experience and experienced SPs alike, offering a structured new-grad program, collaborative team, and administrative support to keep your clinical focus. WA-based role in a modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Speech Pathology Australia CPSP eligible or certified.
• New grads with strong placement experience are warmly encouraged to apply.
• Experienced SPs welcome for a stable, well-run practice.
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver 1:1 intervention, with group sessions where clinically indicated.
• Collaborate closely with the in-house multidisciplinary team on shared clients.
• Partner with families, carers, educators and support workers.
• Maintain clinical documentation and complete NDIS, Medicare and DVA reporting as required.
• Contribute to team case reviews, in-house PD and clinical discussion.
