Job summary

Reliance Care Medical Centre in Truganina, VIC, seeks a Speech Pathologist to conduct assessments, develop therapy plans and deliver evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents and adults. Applicants should hold a Master of Speech Pathology, be CPSA certified, have AHPRA registration, and NDIS-related experience.

Qualifications

• Master of Speech Pathology degree required.
• Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• NDIS-funded service experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments.
• Develop individualised therapy plans based on client goals and clinical needs.
• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology interventions.
• Provide services to pediatric, adolescent and adult clients.
• Prepare clinical reports, treatment plans, progress notes and funding documentation.
• Work collaboratively with GPs, psychologists, occupational therapists, educators and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to families, carers and support workers.
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary care planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
