Everyday Independence in Ballarat is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing therapies to NDIS participants. This role may be full-time or part-time (4 days/week) with potential 9-day fortnights.
The package includes a salary range of $82,106–$110,143 per year, plus superannuation, vehicle options, mobile and laptop, and opportunities to boost salary with bonuses up to $10,000. Visa sponsorship may be considered.

Bonuses – Up to $10,000 Change Maker Bonus (Paid at 6 months, 12 months and 18 months)
Relocation – Reimbursement up to $5,000 if applicable
Supervision and Support – Valued at up to $22,000
Caseload - Opportunities to specialise in paediatrics, youth or adult streams
Professional Development – PD allowance negotiable
