Job summary

Elevate Speech Therapy in Nambucca Heads, NSW is seeking a Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing difficulties across paediatric and adult clients in clinic and community settings, including homes and schools.

You will work with families, carers, teachers and other healthcare professionals, develop individualised therapy plans, monitor progress, maintain records and participate in supervision and professional development activities.

Qualifications

You will manage a mixed caseload including paediatric and adult clients, delivering services in both clinic and community settings, including homes, schools, workplaces, and aged care facilities as required. You will develop individualised therapy plans and monitor client progress, collaborate with families, carers, teachers, support workers, and other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports, and participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
