Elevate Speech Therapy in Nambucca Heads, NSW is seeking a Speech Pathologist to assess, diagnose and treat communication and swallowing difficulties across paediatric and adult clients in clinic and community settings, including homes and schools.

You will work with families, carers, teachers and other healthcare professionals, develop individualised therapy plans, monitor progress, maintain records and participate in supervision and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology (Speech Therapy)
• Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Client-centered and evidence-based approach to therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based intervention for children and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties
• Manage a mixed caseload including paediatric and adult clients
• Deliver services in clinic and community settings, including homes, schools, workplaces and aged care facilities
• Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families, carers, teachers, support workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities
