Job summary

Avina is seeking a Mid Career Speech Pathologist to join the Elizabeth Vale team, serving surrounding areas. The role offers flexible options, with a caseload predominantly paediatric and a smaller adult component.

You will work within a genuinely multidisciplinary team, alongside OT and Behaviour Support colleagues, with potential FIFO/DIDO duties and travel/accommodation covered where needed. You will deliver assessments and ongoing therapy across home, school, clinic and community settings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology.
• Current SPA membership, CPSP preferred.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, role involves community-based work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred Speech Pathology services across home, school, clinic and community settings.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants across communication and/or mealtime/dysphagia presentations.
• Participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered
• Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Take part in regular supervision, peer collaboration and professional development.

About The Role
