Job summary

Renew Living in Canberra is seeking a Speech Pathologist to manage a diverse caseload of paediatric, adult, and NDIS clients within the Proactive Health network.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, receive clinical mentoring, and enjoy admin support, sensible caseloads, and a collaborative culture that supports growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status, or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration for the ACT, or willingness to obtain one
• Current Australian driver's licence and full working rights in Australia

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat clients across caseload areas (speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing)
• Write clear, goal-focused therapy plans and maintain documentation

Job description

Renew Living is one of Canberra's allied health clinics in the Proactive Health network, and we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join the team. You'll manage your own caseload of paediatric / adult / mixed NDIS clients, working alongside a multidisciplinary team who genuinely back each other. Every clinician here gets the room to do their best work - proper admin support, sensible caseloads, and the kind of clinical mentoring that helps you grow rather than just get through the week.

Day to day you'll:

• Assess, diagnose and treat clients across [caseload areas - e.g. speech, language, fluency, voice, swallowing]
• Write clear, goal-focused therapy plans and keep documentation up to scratch
• Work with families, carers and other disciplines to get the best outcomes for each client
• Contribute to a friendly, supportive clinic culture where clinicians actually want to stick around

$90K-$110K per annum plus super

Requirements

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status, or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration for the ACT, or willingness to obtain one [NDIS Worker Screening Check - include if the role involves NDIS clients]
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong communication skills and a genuine care for client outcomes new graduates welcome

• Salary: $,000-$110,000 per annum (for employees), or competitive rates for contractors
