About the role

As a Speech Pathologist at our Canberra location, you will work from home 3 days per week whilst travelling in the community servicing a mixed caseload with Early Childhood Assessment (ECA). NDIS experience desirable. Fantastic large MDT team.

You’ll experience a varied caseload that includes adult and paediatric clients with mental health, complex trauma or intergenerational trauma, psychosocial, younger ASD/ID participants, behaviours of concern, and adult physical/neuro presentations. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy skills.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients’ homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach.
• Collaborate with a committed MDT to develop innovative solutions for your clients.
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
