Goose Specialty Coffee and Envy Espresso in Cairns is seeking an experienced barista to join our passionate team and deliver high-quality coffee with friendly service. Minimum 1 year of Barista experience in specialty coffee, knowledge of roasting and processing methods, and a strong coffee culture to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Barista in specialty coffee preparation.
• Knowledge of brewing methods and latte art; high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages following recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Open and close cafe procedures.
• Deliver specialty coffee with friendly service to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Keep work area clean and presentable.
