Coastal Digestive Health in Maroochydore is seeking a seasoned Medical Receptionist to join their specialist gastroenterology practice on a part-time basis, three days per week.

In this busy role you will welcome patients, book appointments, process referrals, manage medical records and correspondence, handle Medicare and private health fund claims, take payments, and support the doctors and administrative team to ensure a smooth patient journey.

About the role

Working as part of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
