Job summary

HammondCare Caulfield is seeking Casual Specialised Carers – Dementia Care to join our team. You will provide tailored care including personal support within the residential home, such as showering, grooming and toileting, and offer life engagement activities.

Applicants must be flexible for various shifts including nights and weekends. Training and on-site orientation are provided, with support from Registered Nurses and Managers on site. We offer salary packaging and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Create life engagement activities for residents.
• Support residents living with dementia and tailor care.
• Recognise, report and respond to changes in residents’ conditions within your skills.

Applicants must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts.** **Essence of the role:** With our unique model of care which places the residents’ needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents.
