Job summary

HammondCare Home Care is looking for compassionate casual Home Care Workers to support older people across Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas. You will travel to clients’ homes using your own car, providing practical care and companionship to enable independent living.

Anyone with a caring nature, a valid driver’s licence, and flexibility to work across weekends and shifts is encouraged to apply. Training is provided, and great benefits accompany this role at HammondCare.

Qualifications

• You have prior experience in aged or community care, or you are starting your career in aged care.
• You hold a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car.
• Ideally, you have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.

This includes not only day today care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship.
