Job summary

Mount St Patrick College in Murwillumbah, part of the Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools, invites applications for a Classroom and Learning Support role. This casual/temporary, part-time position involves 60 hours per fortnight with a start date 28 January 2027 and ends end of the 2027 school year.

You will support students with special needs, including allergies, pro-actively documenting progress and implementing targeted programs, while upholding Catholic ethos and mission of the school.

Qualifications

• knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.
• experience in working with children with special needs, including children on the autistic spectrum
• awareness of the needs of students with diagnosed allergies and training in the use of e‑p‑i‑P‑e‑n
• ability to successfully implement programs and document progress regarding individual and/or small group support
