Special Education Teaching Opportunities

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced teacher with a passion for supporting students with additional needs? Join our growing Christian school community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of learners.

Permanent full time, part time, and temporary teaching opportunities are available, commencing in Term 1, 2027.

Applications are invited from educators with a passion for teaching students with additional needs, who enjoy working collaboratively and who wish to be a part of a caring and innovative school community. Applicants must have demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and review effective individiualised education programs.

Experience working with students with a disability is desirable but not essential. Teachers who are interested in developing their general teaching and learning skills within a Special Education context are encouraged to apply.

New Hope Christian Schoolis a special school providing Christian Education for students with a mild to moderate level of intellectual delay or Autism in Kindergarten to Year 12.This co-educational Christian learning community is committed to developing and nurturing its students.New Hope Christian School is located within the grounds of Pacific Hills Christian School and is a part of the Pacific Group of ten Christian schools, with six of these schools located in regional NSW.Each student is unique, and we aim to develop the full potential in each individual by providing a mixture of individualised and small group instruction and support.
