Job summary

rebel is seeking a commercially minded Space Analytics Manager to build and lead our space analytics capability from the ground up, shaping how we optimize store layouts, assortment, and productivity across our store network. You will turn data into commercial insights, develop scalable analytics frameworks, and partner with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Store Design, and other teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

Experience in space planning, space analytics or retail analytics.
Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into insights.
Proven ability to build new capabilities and programs from scratch.
Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Build rebel's space analytics capability from the ground up with governance and reporting.
Turn data into commercial action to maximise sales, profit and productivity.
Develop innovative space planning methodologies and scalable ways of working.
Influence store layouts, assortment strategies and new store development.
Lead cross-functional decision making through insight and storytelling.
