Qualifications

• Experience in merchandise operations, planning, category support, business operations or another commercially focused function with transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the merchandise function by identifying inefficiencies, improving processes and implementing smarter ways of working that enhance team performance.
• Partner with internal teams and external trade partners to coordinate key initiatives, ensure alignment and deliver against shared commercial objectives.
• Analyse performance data, reporting and commercial insights to uncover opportunities, mitigate risks and support better business decisions.
• Support key Merchandise Administration activities, including product onboarding, online setup and maintenance, and coordination of trade partner information and ranging data.
• Manage promotional execution across multiple categories, ensuring governance standards are maintained and promotional activity remains compliant with ACCC requirements.
• Influence and support strategic projects that strengthen merchandise capability, improve execution and help shape the future of how rebel works.
