Job summary

Sheraton Sydney is seeking a Spa Therapist to join our team in a part-time capacity. You will deliver massage, body and skincare treatments, welcome guests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the treatment areas.

You will also assist with reception duties, bookings, and retail sales, while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Working rights in Australia are required, with benefits including staff discounts and career development

Qualifications

• Experience in spa services and massage therapies is preferred.
• Strong guest-focused service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell spa and retail products while maintaining high service standards.

Position Summary:

• Welcome all guests and explain the Sheraton facilities available
• Deliver exceptional massage, body, and skincare treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences and exceed expectations.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate skincare, body care, and wellness products for home use.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Cover reception and administrative duties, including bookings, guest check-in/check-out, and retail sales, with a strong attention to detail.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies.
