Job summary

endota Canberra, located in the Canberra Centre, offers a sanctuary for massage, facials, spa packages and advanced skin treatments. As an endota therapist, you will perform spa and beauty treatments, advise clients on skincare and home-care solutions, and manage your treatment room with care and cleanliness.

You will share your knowledge to educate clients, prescribe routines, and strive to meet KPIs while upholding endota values.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with industry experience.
• Committed to wellbeing industry and immersive client experiences.

endota spa Canberra is a wellbeing sanctuary in the centre of the city. endota Canberra is conveniently located at the Canberra Centre, easily accessed through the Petrie Plaza entrance. We specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role

endota therapists are passionate about providinga high levelof customer service to our clients throughout their wellness journey.

In the role of a therapist, you will perform spa and beauty treatments, advise clients on products and regimes, and recommend home-care solutions. Using your beauty knowledge, you will prescribe your client's skincare needs, offering products and solutions that will achieve your KPIs. You are encouraged to take ownership of your treatment room including set up, pack down and cleanliness.

Your Skills & Experience

As an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise- not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

• You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience.


• You are dedicated to the wellbeing industry & providing immersive experiences for our clients.


• You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy.


• You are a professional who cares about the quality of service delivered to your clients.


• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards.
