RACV Cape Schanck Resort on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a warm Spa Host to welcome guests, manage bookings and support our wellness team. In this permanent part-time on-site role you’ll handle appointments, process payments, assist therapists, and maintain spa presentation to ensure a seamless guest experience.
You will be the first point of contact from arrival to departure and help with stock, guest orders and general administration.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Spa Host to join our dynamic team.
We’re looking for a warm, organised and customer-focused Spa Host to join our team on a permanent part-time basis to help create a seamless experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
As a Spa Host, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our spa guests, making them feel welcome and looked after from arrival through to departure.
You’ll manage appointments and enquiries, coordinate treatment bookings, process payments and support our therapists and Spa team to keep each day running smoothly. You’ll also assist with stock, guest orders and general administration while maintaining the beautiful presentation of our spa environment.
It’s a varied, hands‑on position that would suit someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and thrives in a calm but busy customer‑focused environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems would be beneficial but isn't essential. Qualifications or studies in Beauty Therapy, Massage or Make‑up would also be highly regarded.
