Job summary

ResetData is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of two major data centre builds in Sydney. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams, vendors, and facilities partners to meet time, scope, and quality for production AI infrastructure.

You will manage governance, budgets, risks, and commissioning, ensuring smooth handover to operations and sharing lessons across both projects in a fast-paced, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale IT infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Experience delivering cross-functional delivery across network, storage, compute, and facilities streams.
• Strong vendor management experience with third-party suppliers.
• Comfortable with Agile and waterfall/hybrid delivery models.
• Clear, structured communicator able to produce tight status reports and executive updates.
• Familiarity with data centre build programmes (rack/stack, cabling, power, cooling).
• Experience with GPU or AI infrastructure environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned data centre build project from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, vendors, and facilities partners.
• Manage third-party procurement and vendor delivery to milestones.
• Run governance: stand-ups, milestone reviews, steering updates, change control.
• Track budget, schedule, quality, and risk; escalate early when needed.
• Oversee commissioning and acceptance testing for large-scale infra.
• Ensure handover runbooks and documentation for operations teams.
• Collaborate with parallel project teams to share risks and lessons.
• Maintain registers for decisions, risks and issues; manage build costs.
