Gough Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a Strata Manager to lead a dedicated portfolio in the South East. You will work closely with owners corporations, contractors and a supportive leadership team to maintain high service standards.

The role emphasizes compliance with NSW strata legislation, strong communication, and proactive portfolio management across 58 buildings and 580 lots, with a clear path for career progression.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Strata Management Licence or higher.
• Experience managing your own strata portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Proficient in strata systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a strata portfolio (58 buildings, 580 lots).
• Act as the key contact for Owners Corporations, owners and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and capital works projects.
• Oversee budgets, levies, arrears and financial reporting.
• Prepare for and attend AGMs and committee meetings.
• Manage day-to-day client and stakeholder relationships.
• Resolve disputes and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with strata legislation.
• Maintain accurate records and proactively manage portfolio.
