Job summary

Boral is seeking an Account Manager to join our South Australian Quarries team. Based at our Norwood office, you'll manage and grow a diverse customer portfolio across regions including Mt Gambier, Murray Bridge and Whyalla, delivering tailored product solutions and technical support.

You will develop long-term partnerships with customers in civil, construction, infrastructure and government sectors, identifying new opportunities to expand Boral's market presence across South Australia.

Qualifications

• Sales or account management experience within construction materials, civil construction, infrastructure, quarrying or a related industry.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing customer accounts and growing revenue through new business development.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously across a large territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet business objectives.
• Commitment to safety and contributing to a Zero Harm culture.
• Experience working with government, contractors, infrastructure projects or construction customers will be highly regarded.
