Mountain Culture Richmond is seeking a Sous Chef to back our Head Chef and help run the Richmond kitchen, delivering pub food with Melbourne flair and drinks-friendly dining. You'll lead service from the pass, step in when the Head Chef is off, contribute ideas to seasonal menus, train the crew, and monitor stock, waste, COGS and labour while keeping the kitchen clean, safe and compliant every day.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years as Sous Chef or CDP ready to step up.
• Strong leadership to guide the team during busy service.
• Clear communication and willingness to get hands dirty.
• Passion for food quality and safety.

• Taking the keys when the Head Chef is off, and keeping everything humming
• Throwing ideas into seasonal menu development
• Training and backing the crew so they get better every shift
• Keeping an eye on stock, ordering, waste, COGS and labour
• Keeping the kitchen clean, safe and compliant, every single day
