Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in busy venues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operation with Head Chef.
• Lead kitchen team during busy services.
• Maintain high standards of food prep and presentation.
• Coordinate across restaurant and events.
• Assist with stock, ordering and cost control.
• Train and develop junior chefs.
• Ensure smooth service and kitchen hygiene.
• Contribute ideas to menus and specials.
• Support financial reporting on food and labour costs.
