Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for Bayswater Bar & Grill on the Urangan Esplanade, Hervey Bay. You will assist the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and ensure top quality and consistent presentation in a busy, coastal pub-restaurant setting.
