Job summary

Brothers Leagues Club Townsville – Kirwan QLD is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in a busy kitchen. The role leads the team during service and maintains high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a high-volume kitchen.

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
• Reliable with a positive team attitude.
