Anglicare Australia Ltd is seeking a dedicated café chef to take ownership of daily operations, ensuring residents and visitors enjoy a warm, welcoming experience. You will deliver quality food and service, manage menus and stock, and lead the café team to maintain safety standards and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, HACCP compliance, and collaborative leadership to drive quality service and community wellbeing within our aged care and community settings.

Qualifications

• Commercial Cookery qualification or equivalent required.
• Minimum four years' experience in the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
• Excellent communication and literacy skills.
• Collaborative leadership approach to support others.

What’s required

• Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum four years’ experience in the food industry

• Computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
• A collaborative and positive approach to leading and supporting others
