Job description

The JBS Dinmore Kitchen team are currently recruiting a passionate Sous Chef to join our busy cafeteria team. Reporting to the Catering Manager, our Sous Chef will join a fast-paced, მიღ-centric team, serving hundreds of delicious meals across 5 operational days per week.

Responsibilities

• Equipment and facilities management.

About You

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment
• Strong working knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work a flexible roster including early starts and late finishes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet service deadlines
• Adaptable, reliable and solution-focused
• High level of personal presentation and hygiene
• Menu costing and portion control knowledge
• Stock management and ordering systems experience
