JBS Dinmore Plant in Queensland is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead cross-functional CI initiatives across meat processing operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, yield and cost efficiency.

• Demonstrated experience delivering process improvements within manufacturing, food production or FMCG environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent CI qualification).
• Mechanical/engineering/operations/maintenance background is valued.
• Experience applying Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven project management and organisational abilities.

About the Role

Our JBS Dinmore Plant is currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator to join our high-performing team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is ideally suited to a technically astute professional who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving continuous improvement to support the achievement of shared organisational goals.

As a Continuous Improvement Facilitator, you will play a key role in identifying, leading and supporting initiatives that enhance operational performance across our meat processing operations. Working closely with production, quality, safety, maintenance, and leadership teams, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement focused on improving safety, quality, productivity, yield and cost efficiency while ensuring sustainable outcomes and employee engagement.

About You

• Demonstrated experience delivering process improvements within a manufacturing, food production or FMCG environment

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and coach others

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Improvement, Manufacturing, or a related discipline advantageous
