Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel, restaurant or pub environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure meals are cooked to perfection per our recipes and plating guides, served on time and to high quality.
• Assist head chef in kitchen operations, including staff allocation and daily kitchen management.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic kitchen in line with food safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate culinary skills across all stations with attention to detail and standards.
• Keep kitchen and stock areas clean and organized, prioritizing OH&S and food hygiene.
