Job summary

Troocoo Pty. in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our established procurement team. You will lead end-to-end sourcing projects across indirect categories, partnering with stakeholders to define requirements and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities include preparing procurement plans and RFPs, managing tender processes, evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms and delivering timely, quality outcomes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience independently managing end to end strategic sourcing and formal tender processes.
• Experience managing complex, end to end sourcing projects across indirect categories.
• Experience developing tender documentation, evaluating supplier responses and preparing sourcing recommendations.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confident stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills.
• Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities independently.
