Job summary

Resourceful Recruitment is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas entity in Brisbane to hire a self-motivated Sourcing Specialist for the Asset Services team. This role focuses on pre-award sourcing, market analysis and cost management.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, lead end-to-end sourcing processes, ensure governance and HSE compliance, and deliver value against annual targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ sourcing or pre-award experience.
• Degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, Law or a related discipline.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and HSE requirements.
• Commercially focused with strong stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award sourcing activities, including market analysis, tendering, negotiation and contract drafting.
• Leading end to end process for assigned sourcing activities, including providing accurate status reporting
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, contract owners and suppliers.
• Identify value levers and deliver cost savings against annual targets.
• Ensure compliance with governance, probity, risk and HSE requirements.
• Prepare contracts and handover summaries for contract owners at award.
