Job summary

Streem is hiring a Sources and Content Specialist to oversee data and relationships with content partners, ensuring timely delivery to clients. The role involves QA, data maintenance and cross‑team collaboration to improve processes.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and a strong grasp of the ANZ media landscape, plus hands‑on server/database experience. Hybrid work and a collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• A degree in CS, IT, media, communications or journalism.
• Strong understanding of the Australian and/or New Zealand media landscape.
• Experience managing, maintaining and upgrading servers, with interest in databases and troubleshooting.
• Positive, proactive, hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining Streem’s source and content base with our content suppliers and providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with content providers and third-party partners to ensure reliable, timely content delivery.

We’re Hiring: Sources and Content Specialist

Streem is looking for a motivated media mogul to join the team as our newest Sources and Content Specialist. In this role, you’ll oversee our source, content and journalist databases, and manage relationships with content partners to ensure media reaches Streem’s clients in a timely manner!

A snapshot of what our Sources and Content Specialists do:

• Establishing and maintaining Streem’s source and content base with our content suppliers and providers;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with content providers and third-party partners to ensure reliable, timely content delivery.
• Completing Quality Assurance of content to ensure a high standard of delivery;
• Monitor content quality, feeds and subscriptions, troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Media, Communications, Journalism (or similar).
• A strong understanding of the Australian and/or New Zealand media landscape.
• Experience managing, maintaining and upgrading servers, with a keen interest in maintaining databases and troubleshooting technical problems.
• A positive, proactive, and hands‑on attitude.
