Merivale is recruiting passionate Sommeliers to join Sydney’s premier hospitality group. You will contribute to an award-winning wine program across brands like Uccello, Felix, and Totti’s, expanding wine knowledge and refining service styles in Merivale venues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wine and wine regions, with ability to explain pairing and context.

The Role

We are on the hunt for passionate and talented Sommeliers to join our teams for Sydney’s brightest year yet.

• Head Sommelier

You will get to increase your wine knowledge, learn system processes, and improve your service styles as well with the Merivale way.

As part of the Merivale Sommelier Group, you will need to be a team player, teach and share your wine knowledge, and inspire others in your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You are a valued part of our restaurant teams and you’ll set the standard for service and share your knowledge with all our guests to ensure their experiences at our Merivale venues are memorable ones.

With roles at various levels, we are looking for Sommeliers who are serious about their career progression, and professional development, who love what they do and exceptional when it comes to providing an impeccable guest experience.
