Mivada Pty Ltd is seeking a Workday Presales Solution Consultant to lead the solution story behind Workday HCM opportunities. You will work between sales and delivery, shaping scope, estimates and proposals for successful bids.

You will partner with sales, presales and delivery teams to qualify opportunities, design demos, and build compelling solutions aligned to business value. A chance to grow a dedicated presales career in the Workday ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven HCM presales experience; Workday HCM is a plus.
• Strong demonstration and storytelling skills for customer workshops.
• Ability to connect product capability to business value and engage with executives.
• Excellent written English for RFP responses and proposals.
• Commercial awareness of how scope drives effort, price and margins.
• Good judgment to know when to involve an architect.

Job description

We're looking for a Workday Presales Solution Consultant to lead the solution story behind every Workday HCM opportunity we pursue, and to help shape how presales works at Mivada.

Sitting between sales and delivery, you'll work hand in hand with Workday's account and presales teams on joint pursuits. You'll show customers how Workday HCM solves their business problems, then turn that into scope, estimates and proposals we can confidently commit to deliver.

Working closely with our senior sales and practice leaders, you'll influence high-profile opportunities and help grow our Workday business across the region. If you enjoy solutioning, storytelling and the commercial side of consulting, this is a chance to build a dedicated presales career in the Workday ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Workday's sales and presales teams on joint opportunities, aligning on account strategy, solution positioning and customer messaging.
• Work with our Sales, Delivery Leaders and Solution Architects to qualify and shape each pursuit.
• Lead discovery and scoping with prospective customers to understand their HR processes, pain points and priorities.
• Design and deliver tailored Workday HCM demonstrations, storyboards and solution walkthroughs, including scripted demos for formal evaluations.
• Translate requirements into a clear solution and scope across Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and related modules, covering deployment approach, phasing, integrations, data and out-of-scope items.
• Recommend deployment strategies and implementation roadmaps that fit the customer's priorities.
• Build effort estimates, assumptions and project approaches with our delivery team, so what we sell is what we can deliver.
• Lead and contribute to RFP and tender responses, proposals and Statements of Work, keeping the solution and scope consistent from first conversation to signature.
• Create reusable demo assets, discovery question sets and presales collateral.
• Own and continuously improve our estimating models, scoping frameworks and proposal quality processes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven HCM presales experience. Workday HCM presales experience is not essential, but it will be an advantage.
• Strong demonstration and storytelling skills, with a track record of leading scripted demos and customer workshops.
• Ability to connect product capability to business value, and to engage confidently with HR, finance and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written English for RFP responses and proposals that customers read and score.
• Commercial awareness of how solution scope drives effort, price and margin.
• The judgement to know when to bring in an architect, so what we promise is what we deliver.

Highly regarded

• Presales experience across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting or Talent.
• Hands-on Workday HCM implementation experience.
• Experience at a Workday partner, systems integrator or Workday.
• Exposure to Workday Financials or Adaptive Planning
