Job summary

Mivada is seeking a Senior Manager, WorkdayPATTs to lead a stream in our growing Workday practice. Based in Barangaroo, Sydney, this senior leadership role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a chance to guide delivery excellence while strengthening client partnerships and commercial outcomes.

You will mentor managers and consultants, oversee multiple concurrent engagements, drive workforce planning and resourcing, and support pre‑sales with solution shaping and proposals to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday or systems delivery in a consulting, professional services or advisory environment.
• Proven success overseeing multiple concurrent client engagements with strong delivery outcomes.
• Experience managing engagement financials, including forecasting, resource planning, utilisation and margins.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with ability to build trusted relationships across clients and internal teams.
• Experience contributing to business growth through pre-sales, proposals and solution shaping.
• Workday certification in a relevant functional or technical stream is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight across multiple Workday PATTs engagements, ensuring teams are set up for successful delivery and client outcomes.
• Act as a senior partner to clients, building trusted relationships and guiding strategic discussions, governance forums and key decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop Managers, Leads and Consultants, creating clear pathways for growth, capability development and career progression.
• Drive workforce planning, resource allocation and utilisation across the stream, ensuring the right skills are aligned to client needs.
• Maintain oversight of engagement performance, proactively addressing risks, escalations and delivery challenges through delivery leaders and project teams.
• Own engagement-level commercial performance, including forecasting, utilisation, resourcing and change management.
• Support and contribute to sales and pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimates, proposals and Statements of Work.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and expand the adoption of Workday solutions and services.
• Champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and the development of scalable delivery approaches across the practice.

You’ll lead multiple engagements, mentor Managers and Consultants, and help shape the next phase of growth for our Workday practice.

This role is based in our Barangaroo head office and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Highly regarded

• Workday certification in a relevant functional or technical stream.
• Experience across Workday PATTs implementations and/or AMS/support services.
• Experience developing methodologies, accelerators or reusable delivery assets.
