Job summary

Emanate Technology is seeking a commercially minded Solutions Consultant to help clients bridge business challenges with technology. You’ll work with Sales, Product, Engineering and Professional Services to design and implement value-driven software solutions.

In this role you will lead discovery, design scalable architectures, and guide customers through onboarding and go-live support, ensuring a seamless experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Presales, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing technology roles.
• Experience in SaaS, software implementation or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience designing solutions with integrations, APIs and connected systems.
• Understanding of software implementation methodologies and onboarding best practices.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Are you a commercially minded and customer-focused Solutions Consultant who enjoys bridging the gap between business challenges and technology solutions? We're partnering with a well-established Australian software business that is transforming the way organisations automate document-driven processes and streamline operations.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering and Professional Services teams to help customers design, implement and realise value from innovative software solutions.

The Opportunity As a Solutions Consultant, you'll act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, from discovery and solution design through to implementation readiness and go-live support.

You’ll engage directly with customers to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design scalable solutions that align with their technical and operational requirements.

This role combines customer consulting, pre-sales engagement, business analysis and solution architecture, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems while building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading customer discovery sessions, workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
• Understanding customer business processes and translating requirements into practical solution designs.
• Partnering with Sales teams on pre-sales engagements, demonstrations and solution presentations.
• Developing process maps, business requirements, user stories and solution documentation.

• Managing stakeholder expectations throughout the onboarding and implementation process.
• Acting as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Product teams to influence future enhancements.
• Supporting customers during implementation, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Delivering a seamless customer experience through collaboration with Product, Support and Professional Services teams.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in Solutions Consulting, Presales, Customer Success, Technical Enablement or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Experience working within SaaS, software implementation or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience designing solutions that involve integrations, APIs and connected systems.
• Understanding of software implementation methodologies and customer onboarding best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Previous exposure to Accounts Payable Automation, ERP platforms, Document Management or Workflow Automation solutions will be highly regarded.
