Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Geelong/Melbourne is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a large-scale claims transformation program. You will design end-to-end architectures and lead technical design across Salesforce, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, and AWS to modernise platforms and improve outcomes.

The role requires proven architecture experience in complex enterprise environments, strong stakeholder engagement, and TOGAF certification is highly regarded. Travel to Geelong is required.

Qualifications

• Proven Solution Architect experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere or AWS.
• Experience in claims management, workers' compensation, insurance, or case management environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business and program objectives.
• Lead technical solution design across Salesforce, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, and AWS.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and support architecture decision-making.
