Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong architecture experience across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of integration, data, platforms, and applications.
• 5-8 years' experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications and API integration.

Your new role

As a Solutions Architect, you will lead end-to-end solution design across complex enterprise environments, with a strong focus on Salesforce-led ecosystems and legacy modernisation.

• You will be responsible for Lead architecture design for large-scale transformation programmes
• Review vendor architecture and technical designs
• Ensure compliance with client architecture, security and integration standards
• Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs
• Define application, integration and data flows
• Support design workshops and technical decision-making
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Data and Development teams
• Support project delivery through design assurance and architecture governance
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in enterprise transformation programmes
• Strong architecture experience (AWS/Azure Cloud, Experience Cloud essential)
• Deep expertise across enterprise IT domains (integration, data, platforms, applications)
• 5-8 years' experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead
• Experience delivering enterprise applications
• Knowledge of API integration principles
• Experience with cloud-hosted applications
• Strong understanding of security principles
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors
• Commercial acumen with ability to balance technical excellence and business value
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
• Experience in regulated environments highly regarded
• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or similar
• Certifications such as Architect pathways and/or TOGAF are highly desirable
