Goodman, Australian Technology Centre of Excellence, is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support and enhance our business applications with a strong focus on Yardi. • Hands-on Yardi experience across configuration, administration, testing or application support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with good communication.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and deployment materials considered highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and implement Yardi changes and configurations.
• Provide administration and support across test, project and production environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and IT teams.
• Develop and test interfaces between applications and support UAT.
• Prepare deployment scripts, change submissions, rollback plans and technical docs.
• Act as a Yardi SME and promote best‑practice use of the platform.
• Provide training and mentoring to users to improve adoption.
• Contribute to governance, risk management and continuous improvement across Goodman’s tech platforms.

Solutions Analyst

Join Goodman’s Australian Technology Centre of Excellence and play a key role in supporting and improving the systems that underpin our property, finance and operational platforms.

We are looking for a Solutions Analyst to support the delivery, enhancement and ongoing operation of our business applications environment, with a strong focus on Yardi. You will help translate business needs into practical system improvements, supporting reliable, integrated and easy-to-use technology across Goodman’s Australian business.

About the role

This is a hands‑on solution delivery role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, Group IT and external vendors to design, test and implement system changes, support project and production environments, and help ensure our platforms are stable, integrated and aligned to best practice.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving practical system problems and building deep expertise in a core property technology platform.

In this role, you will:

• Design, test and implement Yardi changes, enhancements and configuration updates.
• Provide administration and support across test, project and production environments.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Develop and test interfaces between applications and support IT and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare deployment scripts, change submissions, rollback plans, backups and technical documentation.
• Act as a Yardi subject matter expert, supporting best‑practice use of the platform.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to users to build capability and improve adoption.
• Contribute to governance, risk management and continuous improvement across Goodman’s technology platforms.

About you

Strong hands‑on Yardi experience is important for this role, ideally across configuration, administration, testing or application support. You will be comfortable working across technical and business teams, translating requirements into practical system outcomes and supporting users through change.

You will bring strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, good communication skills, close attention to detail and a practical, delivery‑focused approach. Experience preparing technical documentation, user guides and deployment materials will be highly regarded. Knowledge of property management, general ledger systems, SQL, Power BI or TM1 would also be beneficial.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining systems knowledge with business understanding. You will be practical, curious and comfortable working across both detail and bigger‑picture outcomes — from troubleshooting an issue through to supporting project delivery, user adoption and continuous improvement.
