Akkodis is recruiting for a senior Capability Lead role within a major capital program, spanning mining, smelting, concentrating and power transmission. You will bridge technology strategy, capital project delivery and operational transformation, embedding strategic requirements into large-scale programs with autonomy and high visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Solution Lead, Strategy, Advisory, Business Analysis or Project Leadership role.
• Strong experience within resources, mining, energy or supply chain environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineering, project delivery, EPCM and technology teams to embed requirements.
• Track and report on strategic technology alignment across the capital portfolio.
• Assist scoping, analysis and business case development for technology projects under $20M.
• Maintain visibility across dependencies, risks and alignment.
• Coordinate between technology, operations and capital delivery stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across technology and operations teams.
• Deliver analysis, gap assessments and executive-level recommendations.
• Support governance reporting and senior leadership briefings.

The Company

The Role

Acting as the bridge between technology strategy, capital project delivery and operational transformation, you will ensure technology requirements and strategic objectives are embedded throughout major capital programs and a portfolio of smaller technology initiatives.

This role offers significant autonomy, senior stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence investment decisions within a highly complex and asset-intensive environment.

Salary: Up to $240,000 Package (Dependent on Experience)
