This is a trusted-advisor role, translating business strategy into technology requirements and helping shape a multi-year technology roadmap alongside Strategy, Architecture and Commercial teams.

Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Business Partner translates business strategy into technology requirements and works closely with Strategy, Architecture and Commercial teams to shape the multi-year technology roadmap.

The position provides visibility of project progress and service performance, and delivers insights into licence consumption, service desk trends, incident and problem management and broader technology utilisation.

What you'll do

• Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand operational priorities, strategic objectives and regulatory drivers
• Identify emerging business needs, technology opportunities and operational risks
• Partner with Strategy, Architecture and Commercial teams to translate strategy into clear technology requirements
• Provide visibility over technology delivery progress, service performance, licence consumption, incident/problem trends and technology utilisation
• Guide prioritisation of continuous improvement initiatives and measure realised benefits
• Facilitate issue escalation, risk mitigation and cross-functional coordination

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• Extensive experience in business partnering, operational management or technology delivery within complex, regulated or critical services environments
