Job summary

Geek+ is seeking an Assistant Solution Manager in Sydney to engage with customers, understand objectives and design effective logistics solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to tailor offerings and deliver compelling demonstrations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years in solution engineering or pre-sales, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs. Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points. Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges
• Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
