Job summary

Geekplus, a global leader in robotics for warehouses, is seeking a Project Manager, ANZ to drive end-to-end project delivery across the Australia and New Zealand region. You will coordinate internal stakeholders and customer requirements, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementations.

You will travel within Asia-Pacific as needed, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, automation, IT or related disciplines.
• ≥5 years of solid project management experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics or 3PL solution design.
• Organized and detail-minded with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Frequent travel within Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project management lifecycle and develop the project process plan.
• Track progress and report to internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables.
• Gather business requirements through regular meetings and provide professional consultation.
• Assist in integration testing, system testing, UAT and implementation activities.
• Supervise and support junior colleagues on risk measures and milestones.
