Responsibilities

• Provide independent architectural oversight and technical assurance across infrastructure, platform, hosting, data centre and cloud environments.
• Review and assure solution architectures, technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Assess proposed technology changes against architecture, security and technical requirements.
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt and obsolescence.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve resilience of ICT services.

• Broad understanding of infrastructure, platform, hosting, data centre and cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting architecture governance, design authority or technical review processes.
• Strong understanding of ICT security, technical standards, lifecycle management and operational supportability.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and manage technical risks, technical debt and technology obsolescence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within complex, highly regulated or security-sensitive environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal technical teams and external service providers.
